Crew Groups
Crew groups are a good way to connect and grow in faith with others in the life of Church.
Crew groups are a good way to connect and grow in faith with others in the life of Church.
If you would like to gather a small group, you can become a Crew Facilitator. A Crew Facilitator is one who gathers, manages, and facilitates a small group to provide an opportunity to grow in faith.
To get started:
- Contact Kim Imisides by text or email below. We will chat about the induction process to become a Crew Facilitator. Or you can simply fill out the Volunteer Applications Form using this link and we will get in touch with you. https://shellharbourcc.org.au/forms/
Next Step:
- Pray about who you could ask to be in a Crew Group with you.
- Then pray together and ask two others because 3 + You = CREW.
- Make a commitment to meet regularly to discuss the three simple points below and/or join in using the connect group resources (found in the weekly Crew/Connect Facilitator email).
- Take time to read the weekly Crew/Connect Facilitators email. It will help you to stay connected, encourage you and provide resources and training.
We would love to see every person in church having a place to belong and form authentic relationships through Crew Groups, Connect Groups or Social Groups.
If you would like to be in a Crew Group but don’t know who you could connect with, you can contact us, and we will help support you in finding a Crew Group or creating one.
