$10 per class
Please arrive 15 minutes early to complete your Pre Exercise Questionnaire
WHAT TO BRING
Please bring your own water and towel. For extra comfort, please bring your own exercise mat.
Please bring your own boxing gloves to our Cardio Kickboxing classes.
CLASS BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Class bookings are essential and must be booked through our online calendar below.
Bookings will open each week on Thursday.
To book, click on the date of the class you would like to book. Select your class and follow the prompts.
