Overview of Growth Tracks
Session 1 – Connect with Our Church
We believe all churches are called to partner with God in the outworking of His Kingdom. Each church has their own DNA and reaches people in the way God has called them to. You will get a summary of our history, vision, mission, values and how we operate as a church and why. Our goal for this session is that you would capture the heart, vision, and culture of our church.
Session 2 – Grow in Faith
We want to become a church full of people pursuing maturity and intimacy with God. In this session we discuss how each person is responsible for their own growth with God and what principles we can place in our life to ensure consistent and continual growth. We will discuss concepts such as spiritual maturity, spiritual disciplines and what living a spirit-led life looks like.
Session 3 – Discover Your Design
God has designed every person uniquely and on purpose to bless and strengthen others. The Body of Christ can only operate as God intended it to when people take time discover who they are in Christ, who God called them to be and what gifts He has placed within them. We believe we are not just spectators in church, we all are called to contribute by serving and loving each other. This session is all about discovering your God given design. By using a few different questionnaires, you will explore your gifts to find out where you might like to serve or connect in the life of the church.
Session 4 – Engage your World
“Therefore, go and make disciples of all nations” (Mark 28:19). We believe that when each person partners with the Body of Christ we can have far greater impact both locally and globally and we all play a part in bringing the Kingdom of God on earth. In this session we discuss the Kingdom of God, how to share our faith and how we as a church engage and serve our local community.
